 Excellent For Slight Tummy Bulge Dec 09, 2009

Now that I've tried it, I'll use this more often! Great shaper for slight tummy and hip bulges under a clingy dress. No seam show through. "Convenience" opening is useless but shaper is not too difficult to get on and off, although a little effort is required. Not uncomfortable to wear although it might be a bit too warm in summer weather. Top did not roll down or cause upper flesh bulges for me. Bottom did not cut into thighs. Very helpful shaper!

If you are slightly overweight - a few tiny pounds - maybe 5-10 or so, then this may work for you. However, I am 20 lbs overweight (and yes, I have been working out - lost 165 lbs!), and I thought I would give this product a try to smooth out bumps and bulges that still need work.
I should have saved my money.
It goes on easier than other products offering the same "slimming" feature; however.....
1. There is a part in the crotch area that is supposed to make going to the restroom easier - don't bother trying it. I didn't, but I can tell you right now - it's not going to work.
2. There is a grippy rubber-like band around the inside to prevent this from sliding down. It doesn't slide down....it rolls over until you have this nice, tight, hot-dog-like band around your waist.
3. It is not...by any sense of the word...comfortable. It's not supposed to feel like "nothing's there," but with it rolling down and then sitting there, it starts cutting off circulation.
4. Neither myself nor my friend (7 lbs over ideal weight) saw any difference in wearing this versus not wearing it (when we didn't move, standing completely upright, perfect posture, and it didn't roll down.)
I would not recommend this product. Either invest in more money for a better quality product, or take that money to the gym.

This garment serves as foundation garment, i.e. girdle but not a smoother. I ordered it to wear under a formal for my daughters wedding and it has a huge seam going up the back of one leg, across the rear end and down the other, which you could clearly see through the dress. Yikes, I looked better without it... back to Spanx.

These Flexees are OKAY. After two wears the fabric started running. A friend of mine who also purchased the same product said her fabric ran so bad after a few washes that she's no longer able to wear them. Oddly enough, a pair of flexees I bought over 3 years ago are in top condition!
